Origin – A Connection to the Root

Soul Food was born of a deep conviction: true nutrition begins with respect for the earth and natural cycles. Inspired by the unique biodiversity of Peru, we began this journey to rescue and value the superfoods that our ancestors have cultivated for centuries in the Andes and the Amazon. What started how a personal search for well-being became in a commitment to promote conscious and pure eating.

For us, quality is non-negotiable. We established Aliment del Alma E.I.R.L. in Peru as an exporter dedicated exclusively to the collection and processing of origin local.
